Jason DeCorte has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason is currently a Senior Data Engineer at FINEOS. Previously, they worked as an independent contractor at DeCorte Industries, Inc., providing technical solutions to clients across various industries. At Spraoi, they served as a Data Engineer, developing and maintaining products for the insurance industry. Jason also worked as a Python Developer at Genuine Parts Company, building tools and templates for application development. Jason has experience as a Sr Data Engineer at TravelClick, contributing to the transition of a product to open source technology. Jason also worked as a Cloud Data Engineer at Cox Automotive, supporting data analytics initiatives. At Equifax, they were a Big Data Developer involved in POCs and designing and implementing in-house applications. Moreover, Jason was a Senior Software Developer at General Motors, managing a database migration project, and a Sr ETL Developer at Cox Communications, where they worked on custom applications and ETL processes.

Jason DeCorte obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from PennWest Clarion, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Jason also has additional certifications in the field of programming, including "CS100.1x: Introduction to Big Data with Apache Spark" and "IT.1.1x: Introduction to Programming with Java Part 1: Starting to Program in Java," both obtained from edX in July 2015.
