Álvaro Martín García has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at FINEOS since April 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Indra from October 2008 to March 2016. Álvaro also worked as a Scholarship Holder Computer at Universidad de Huelva from September 2005 to September 2006, where they assisted in the preparation of presentations and course management, maintained and updated the website, and prepared a multimedia cd with Macromedia Director.

Álvaro Martín García's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. Álvaro obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Universidad de Alcalá from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the Universidad de Huelva from 2007 to 2008, specializing in Technology. Álvaro also holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university, which they earned from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in their academic journey, from 2001 to 2005, Álvaro Martín García pursued a Technical Engineering degree in Computer Systems from the Universidad de Huelva.

In addition to their formal education, Álvaro Martín García holds the certification of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2014.
