Kyle Sundaram has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles in the manufacturing and operations industry. Kyle currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FineLine Technologies. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Growth Execution & Global Operations at Amcor. Before their role at Amcor, they were the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Transcendia, Inc. Kyle also held the position of Director of Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Newell Rubbermaid. Additionally, they have served as the Vice President of West Coast Operations & Manufacturing Excellence at FXI and as the Director of Manufacturing Excellence at FXI. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Plant Manager at Foamex, a Process Engineer at Johns Manville, and a Manufacturing Engineer at Owens Corning. Their first role in the industry was as a Project Engineer at SANADI GROUP.

Kyle Sundaram has a diverse educational background in business administration, finance, and chemical engineering. Kyle completed their Harvard Business School Executive Education with a focus on Business Administration and Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Drexel University from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Kyle furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, spanning from 2007 to 2009. Kyle started their academic journey by earning a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where they spent the years 2001 to 2003. Lastly, Kyle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) from the University of Madras between 1994 and 1998.
