Carl Hanson has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Carl began their career in 2012 as a Laborer/Carpenter at Steiner Associates Inc, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Project Engineer Intern, and remained there until 2016. Since 2016, Carl has been employed at Findorff. Carl started as a Project Engineer and was promoted to Assistant Project Manager in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Findorff.

Carl Hanson obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health Training twice, once in May 2013 and again in August 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a Master Certificate in Concrete Construction Management from the World of Concrete in January 2017.
