Suchita Mallik is an experienced professional in the field of IT projects and digital transformation, currently serving as the Lead for IT Projects and Process Excellence at Findoc since May 2024. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of Digital Transformation at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd from April 2023 to March 2024, and Manager of IT BSG at Clix Capital from March 2022 to April 2023. Suchita's expertise in digital transformation was further developed at Mahindra Finance, where the roles included Digital Transformation Manager and Assistant Manager from June 2016 to February 2022. Beginning with an internship in Digital Banking at HDFC Bank in mid-2015, Suchita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jaipuria Institute of Management, completed in June 2016.
