Rachel Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachel is currently working as a Channel Partner Manager at findhelp since February 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Epic, starting as an Application Coordinator from August 2018 to May 2020. Rachel then progressed to Assistant Account Manager, Application Manager, and Implementation Director, where they oversaw various projects and ensured their success, staying on-budget and on-time. Rachel also served as an Executive Account Manager and Program Manager for Community Connect at Epic before joining findhelp. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Extern at GMO, Admissions Fellow and Resident Assistant at Carleton College, Business Operations Intern at Lotic Labs, Lab Intern at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), and Trip Coordinator at Andover Youth Services.
Rachel Harris has a Bachelor's Degree in History from Carleton College, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they also briefly studied Russian Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Before attending college, Rachel completed their high school education at Andover High School from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Epic, including Cogito (Reporting and Analytics), Epic Patient Portal, and Willow Ambulatory Certification. These certifications were obtained in September 2018.
