Rachel Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at findhelp since June 2020. Prior roles at findhelp include Senior Director, Director, and Manager of Customer Success. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Senior Account Executive at Clearsense, LLC, demonstrating leadership in managing client relationships and developing operational methodologies. Rachel's career began at Epic, where a progression of roles from Application Project Manager to Implementation Director involved overseeing enterprise EHR implementations and leading diverse teams. Earlier experience includes various roles within the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
