Molly Wiltshire-Bridle has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Molly currently works as the Global Growth Manager - Financial Niches at Finder, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, Molly worked at Finder as the Group Publisher - Global Niches from July 2019 to March 2021 and as the Publisher - Foundations from June 2017 to June 2019. Before joining Finder, they worked at Career FAQs as the Marketing & Partnerships Manager from October 2015 to June 2017, the Digital Marketing Coordinator from January 2013 to October 2015, and as the Online Publishing Assistant from May 2012 to January 2013. Molly also gained experience as an Online Content Assistant at Peer Group Media from March 2012 to May 2012 and as a Customer Care Consultant at Corum Group from June 2008 to August 2011.

Molly Wiltshire-Bridle has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication (Journalism) from two different universities. Molly completed their first degree from Charles Sturt University between the years 2007 and 2008. Subsequently, they attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2009 to 2010 to further their education in the same field. In addition to their degrees, Molly obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from ADMA in March 2016.
