Mark Bennett has extensive experience in audience engagement and editorial leadership, currently serving as the Director of Audience & Insight at FindAUniversity since February 2013, where responsibilities include attracting and serving student audiences and enhancing insight offerings. Previously, Mark held positions including Director of Audience & Editorial and Head of Content, focusing on maintaining high standards for postgraduate student support and B2C content strategy. Earlier career roles included Content Editor and Web Content Writer, with Mark starting at FindAUniversity as an office assistant. Additionally, Mark serves as a Governor for Hillsborough Primary School under the Tapton School Academy Trust and has a strong academic background with a PhD in English Literature from The University of Sheffield, an MA in English Literature from the University of South Wales, and a BA (Hons) in English & American Literature from the University of Kent. Mark also gained editorial experience as an Editorial Assistant with the Journal of Literature and Science.
