Alla Schriefer has a varied work experience, starting with an internship at Margo Travel Agency in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as an Incoming Exchange Team Member at AIESEC, an international student organization. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Receptionist at Corner Hostel, an Accounts Receivable Accountant at UPS, and a Temporary Project for Google Maps. In 2017, they were an Accountant O2C/CM at Fresenius Kabi. In 2019, they worked as a UX/UI Designer as a Freelancer, a Customer Care & Travel Agencies Support Specialist at FlixBus, and a UX Research Mentee at Ampair. Currently, they are a Product Designer and Junior Product Designer at FinCompare - Smarter Business Finance.

Alla Schriefer completed a UX/UI Design Course in 2018, obtaining a User Experience Design | User Interface Design Certification. Alla then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Management in Tourism and Hospitality from Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych between 2012 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Uxcel: Common Design Patterns (May 2022), UI Components I: Basic (February 2022), and UI Components II: Advanced (February 2022).
