Soham Shukla serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Rural Banking at Fincare Small Finance Bank since July 2017 and has been an author since November 2016, publishing the book 'Let's Race, Daddy!', a narrative exploring the bond between a father and daughter set in the year 2025. Soham is also a co-promoter and director at Disha Microfin since April 2009 and was previously a director at MoneyMitra Professional Services Pvt Ltd from June 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included distribution of financial services and sales strategy development. Earlier career roles included partnership at Isotope, country manager for West Africa at Core Healthcare Limited, and maintenance engineer at Tata Metals & Strips Limited. Soham holds an MBA in Marketing from G H Patel Institute of Business Management and a BE in Electronics from Sardar Patel University.
