Ravi Rathinam has worked as a Vice President at Fincare Small Finance Bank since May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at iflex Solutions from 2001 to 2003. Ravi also worked as a Systems Analyst at National Bank of Fujairah p.s.c. from 1998 to 2001.

Ravi Rathinam pursued a one-year Executive General Management Program (EGMP) in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2011 to 2012.
