Lasha Ghvaladze is an experienced professional in business management and human resources, currently serving as a Business Management Teacher for the IB Diploma Program at Newton Free School since September 2024. Simultaneously, Lasha has been a Global Human Resources Business Partner at FINCA Impact Finance since July 2020, where responsibilities include conducting job analyses, developing recruitment methods, and leading diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) initiatives. Previous positions held include English Language Trainer at Just English Language & TOEFL Center, Recruitment Team Lead at FINCA Bank Georgia, Training Development Unit Manager at the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, and Assistant at The World Bank. Lasha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESM Tbilisi and has designed various training programs and assessments throughout a diverse and impactful career.
