Aidai Sultanbek is an experienced professional in the banking and economic development sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Banking Technologies Sector at FINCA Impact Finance in Kyrgyzstan since April 2021. Prior roles include Business Consultant at Art Garage, where Aidai assessed business capacity and developed strategic business plans, and Project Officer for Economic Development at ACTED. Notably, at OXUS Group, Aidai held various positions, including Operations Expert and CBS Coordinator, managing technical and operational aspects of core banking systems and overseeing project migrations. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role at Promotank LLC and an internship in the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Finance.
