Nelson Mwemezi is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in risk management and credit operations. Since August 2015, Nelson has served as a Senior Risk Officer and Acting Head of Credit at Tanzania Women’s Bank PLC. Prior to this role, Nelson held various positions at FINCA, starting as a Credit Supervisor and Loan Officer from July 2006 to June 2008, advancing to Branch Manager at FINCA TZ Dodoma Branch from June 2008 to January 2010, and then to Regional Manager from February 2010 to the present, focusing on strategic planning and efficient service delivery. Nelson holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cambridge International College and has completed education at Kibaha High School and Lutheran Junior Seminary.
