Dr. Lili Sussman is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant, currently serving as CEO and Leadership Team Coach at Dr. Lili Sussman Consulting, where a proven system is applied to enhance organizational growth while minimizing burnout. Dr. Sussman is also a Mastermind Coach at SBE Advisory, focusing on empowering women entrepreneurs, and a Leadership Advisor at Leading Well, promoting a coaching-centered leadership culture. In addition, Dr. Sussman chairs the Board of Advisors at Financy, advocating for gender equality and DEI initiatives. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Wisr and Social Ventures Australia, with extensive experience at Commonwealth Bank and The Boston Consulting Group.
