Mohamed F. Sharaf is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Judge at the Cairo Economic Court within the Egyptian Ministry of Justice since October 2019, with prior roles including Senior Judge and Mediator at the Upper Egypt Economic Court, and Judge at various First Instance Courts. Sharaf also holds the position of Legal Counsel for the Financial Regulatory Authority FRA and previously served as Legal Counsel at the Egyptian Exchange. Additionally, important past roles include Head of Homicide and Terrorism Prosecution at the Egyptian Public Prosecution, as well as several prosecutorial positions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, a Sports Management and Law Diploma from the FIFA/CIES International Programme, and an ongoing Master's in Criminology and Social Policy at Liverpool John Moores University.
