Dr. Soha Elkassar has extensive experience in the financial industry, currently serving as the Investors' Complaints Manager at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) since February 2010, with responsibilities including managing complaints related to brokerage companies and overseeing capital market and NBF activities. Holding additional roles as a team leader and senior financial regulator within the FRA, Dr. Elkassar has also worked as a financial regulator focusing on investment funds and corporate governance. Since May 2021, Dr. Elkassar has been a Listed Expert in Exchange and Capital Market at the Egyptian Economic Courts. Prior to joining the FRA, Dr. Elkassar gained experience as a financial and statistical analyst at a securities brokerage company from January 2008 to January 2010. Dr. Elkassar holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Beni-Suef University, a Master of Business Administration in Financial Markets from the Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University.
