Kristin Tafoya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational readiness and client service. Currently serving as Operational Readiness Manager and previously as Client Service Operations Manager and Client Support Specialist at Financial Recovery Technologies since November 2017, Kristin has developed strong expertise in enhancing service delivery. Prior to this, Kristin worked at ALPS, A DST Company, from October 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included educating new associates, developing training materials, and analyzing training effectiveness as a Senior Training Specialist. Kristin's earlier career includes a role as Branch Manager at Moneytree from September 2006 to July 2013. Kristin’s educational background includes studies in Business Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver and Psychology at Colorado State University and Western Colorado University.
