Amy Ballon serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) since October 2022, focusing on building a global community of exceptional financial modelers through collaboration with associations, businesses, and candidates. Prior to FMI, Amy co-founded Spark Consulting Canada in June 2013, where business coaching and consulting services are provided to support entrepreneurial growth. From March 2002 to June 2013, Amy co-owned Admiral Road Designs, an online company recognized for its award-winning personalized blankets. Amy's career also includes experience as an Associate at Mercer Management Consulting from 2000 to 2002. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from McGill University.
