Dave Hostetler, CLTC, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Development at Financial Independence Group and Senior Practice Management Consultant at Surge Business Consulting since September 2020. With a long tenure at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from September 1989 to September 2020, Hostetler held several key positions, including Chief Operating Officer with Procarian Wealth Advisors and Senior Manager for Franchisee Recruiting & Development, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing over 400 financial advisors. Additional roles included Associate Financial Advisor and Implementation Manager, focused on national advisor program rollouts, as well as Manager of Competitive Intelligence dedicated to advisor recruitment and retention.
