Lindsay Elder has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Merchant Sales Specialist at ATB Financial for 10 years. In 2011, they joined Manulife Bank of Canada as a Business Development Director, where they proactively worked with financial advisors, dealerships, and clients to generate sales results. Lindsay also acted as an information resource and sales solutions expert for banking and trust products. Lindsay joined Financial Horizons Group in 2018 as a Business Development Manager, and later became the Sales Director in Alberta in June 2020.

Lindsay Elder obtained a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) during the academic years of 2004 to 2005.
