Melissa Williams, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Financial Health Network since March 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources from November 2019 to September 2021. In this role, Melissa acted as a strategic thought leader and key HR business partner, overseeing HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Talent Management. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at GreenField Health, where core HR functions were built from the ground up, and significant leadership roles at Hollister Co., including District Manager across multiple regions in the USA, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Austria. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
