Fiona Zapantis is a seasoned union organiser with over 35 years of experience in union leadership and advocacy. Currently serving as the Lead Organiser at the Finance Sector Union of Australia since February 2010, Fiona manages a team of 6 Organisers focused on ANZ/CBA bank enterprise portfolios. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Organiser for the Union Rights Centre at the Liquor Hospitality & Miscellaneous Workers Union, where Fiona led a team of 5 Advocates, and as a Union Organiser in the South East Suburbs. Fiona began their career at the Health Services Union Vic No 1 Branch as a Union Organiser. Fiona holds an Associate Diploma of Arts and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Melbourne University.
