Therusha Naidoo currently serves as the Group Internal Audit Manager at FIMBank plc since November 2019, while also holding the position of Structured Credit Manager at Standard Bank Group since 2014, overseeing structured and specialized lending in the PBB division. Previously, Therusha worked as a Leverage Finance Consultant at Standard Bank of South Africa from 2017 to July 2019 and held the role of Group Internal Audit Manager - Credit Risk during that period. Therusha's academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honors in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
