Marlene Carabott has extensive experience in financial accounting and regulation, currently serving as Team Leader in Financial Accounting and Regulation and Monitoring at FIMBank plc since October 2007, following a role as Regulatory Reporting Officer/Supervisor. Prior to FIMBank, Marlene worked as a Finance Clerk at Melita Plc from March 2007 to October 2007. Academic qualifications include an ACCA Qualification in Accounting, Auditing, and Business obtained from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants between 2008 and 2013, a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Economics from the University of Malta (2004-2007), a Matriculation Certificate from G.F. Abela Junior College (2001-2003), and a Secondary Education Certificate from Maria Regina Junior Lyceum (1996-2001).
