Joseph Micallef has extensive experience in human resources and educational leadership, currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at FIMBank plc since January 2017. Prior roles include Director of Education Resources at the Directorate for Educational Services, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing human capital within educational institutions. Joseph has also been a Director of Human Resources at the Ministry for Education and Employment and has held various positions at the Directorate for Educational Services, including Service Manager and Head of School. Joseph's involvement with the European Federation of Education Employers as a member of the Executive Committee further reflects a commitment to educational excellence. Joseph holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management and a Bachelor in Education with Honours in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language, both from the University of Malta.
