Nanette Barabasz has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and development. Nanette is currently the Director of Human Resources at Filter Services Inc since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Access One, Inc. from September 2019 to June 2023. Nanette also served as a Recruiting and Development Analyst at CyberSearch from July 2018 to September 2019. Nanette held multiple roles at LaunchPoint Corporation, including Manager of Human Resources from April 2015 to February 2018, and Manager of Resource Procurement & Deployment from November 2013 to March 2015. Nanette's earlier experience includes working as a Resource Manager at Hewlett-Packard from August 2010 to October 2013, and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Knightsbridge Solutions LLC from January 2002 to December 2006.

Nanette Barabasz completed their Bachelor of Arts in Education with a focus on Human Resources Development from Northeastern Illinois University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Maine Township High School South. In 2015, they obtained certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach.
