John Dillon is an experienced FX Animator and storyboard artist with a robust background in animation and film production. Currently working at Film Roman since August 2013, John specializes in FX design and animation for "The Simpsons." Concurrently, John has been a storyboard artist for Imaginary Forces and a partner at Whatnot Entertainment since 2012 and 2009, respectively, where responsibilities include directing and developing animation workflows. Previous roles include animatic artist and editor for Cartoon Network on the "Firebreather" movie, as well as positions at Imagi Studios and IDT, contributing to various projects on FX animation and compositing. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
