Victor Filatov is the Founder of Fill Team, a company he started in January 2020 as a hobby for Android application development. Over the years, the company has grown to include 8 permanent teammates with roles such as mobile developers, marketologists, designers, and more. Victor has also worked as a Senior Android Developer at Flow Health and Pro Development, where he focused on implementing new features and architecture design for Android applications. Prior to that, he was an iOS App Developer at Akadem Media, specializing in image apps development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
