Stephen Hakel has extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Stephen began their career at Therma Tru, where they held various positions, including Corporate Supplier Quality Manager and Commodity Manager. Stephen then moved on to Group Dekko, where they served as Director of Supply Management and was responsible for managing global sourcing, supplier quality, and continuous improvement. Following that, they worked at Regal Beloit as a Sourcing Manager for metals. Stephen joined Tuthill Corporation as Director of Business Services before transitioning to Fill-Rite, where they served as Director of Strategic Sourcing & Fulfillment. In this role, they were in charge of multiple functional departments and played a crucial role in supply chain management, global sourcing, logistics, and business operations. Throughout their career, Stephen Hakel has consistently focused on improving customer experience and achieving departmental objectives.

Stephen Hakel has a Masters degree in MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Stephen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the same institution.
