Brandon Gephart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, supplier management, and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as Commodity Manager at Fill-Rite since October 2023, Brandon oversees supplier selection and negotiation to support lean manufacturing operations, focusing on electrical components, packaging, plating, and coatings. As President of the Wells County 4-H Park since January 2022, Brandon facilitates educational opportunities for youth and coordinates park operations in collaboration with Purdue Educators. Previously, Brandon was Purchasing Manager at AT Ferrell, where responsibilities included sourcing and purchasing materials, inventory control, and vendor management. Brandon's career also includes roles as a Sales Consultant at HALDRUP USA Corp. and various management positions at Lowe's Companies, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational management. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from International Business College-Indianapolis.
