Shalini Nehra is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Oracle Fusion HCM with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Team Lead at Filix Consulting Pvt. Ltd since October 2022, Shalini previously held the position of Head of Human Resources and Functional Consultant at Acquiro Business Solutions Pvt Ltd from January 2019 to January 2023 and was the Head of Human Resources there from January 2017 to December 2018. Shalini also worked as Senior Manager for Human Resources Information Systems at Acquiro Solutions and as an Oracle Specialist at Bharti Walmart, managing the Hire to Retire process for a workforce of around 12,000. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
