Kajsa Scharp Andersson is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as Senior Product Developer for women's and men's ready-to-wear at Filippa K since October 2022, focusing on the brand's rebranding towards affordable luxury. Previously, Kajsa held the role of Senior Product Developer at Victoria Beckham, overseeing woven categories and collaborating with senior designers. Experience also includes positions as Buyer at COS, where responsibility extended to the refined COS Classic woven line, and Collection Developer at & Other Stories, contributing to the brand's inaugural collection.
