Phillip Wells currently serves as Sales Development Manager at Filevine since November 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held various positions at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, starting as Senior Recruiting Coordinator and Mentor from September 2017 to 2020, and then advancing to Recruiting/Sales Manager from October 2020 to November 2024. Phillip's early experience includes a Stadium Operations Internship with Windy City ThunderBolts, and multiple roles at Gameday Productions, including Camera Operator and Concessionaire. Additional experience includes driving and dispatching for Phil's Livery Service, serving as a Communications and Compliance Assistant intern at The Summit League, and working in food service at Silk Road. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of South Dakota.
