Frank A. Tumminello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Frank A. is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FileForms, a leading provider of Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting technology. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Flores & Associates, LLC, where they served as the Director of Corporate Development and led mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to that, they worked as a Private Equity Senior Associate at Century Equity Partners from 2017 to 2021. In 2014, they gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at both Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Raymond James, where they advised on financial services and real estate transactions. Frank has a strong background in M&A and business development in the financial industry.
