Nanda Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nanda began their career as a Junior Systems Engineer at Armia Systems in 2012, where they were responsible for installing and configuring DNS servers and troubleshooting web services. In 2013, they moved to Astraea Networks Pvt Ltd and took on the role of L2 Systems Administrator, managing production servers and installing new/rebuilding existing servers. Nanda was later promoted to Technical Lead and had additional responsibilities, such as managing the technical department, conducting client meetings, assessing employee performance, and providing training. In 2017, Nanda joined FileCloud as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and eventually progressed to the position of Technical Team Lead. In this role, they led and supervised the support team, designed and implemented department policies and procedures, and successfully executed large and complex projects. Currently, they serve as the Support Engineering Manager at FileCloud, starting in January 2023.

Nanda Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mangalam College of Engineering in the year 2011.
