Yee Huang is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and commercial strategy. Currently serving as Global Head of Revenue at fileAI since March 2023, Yee previously held significant roles at Meta, including Client Success Lead for Reality Labs and Client Success Manager for Workplace from Facebook. Prior experience also includes Vice President of Customer Success at Saleswhale, where a team was built to enhance lead generation through conversational AI, and leadership roles at MicroStrategy, overseeing analyst relations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from the University of Virginia in Economics and Studio Art.
