Norbert Schulz is an experienced executive in the construction and environmental consulting industries, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at J.R. Filanc Construction Company, Inc. since March 2009, where responsibilities include strategic planning, project opportunity tracking, team selection, joint venture development, proposal development, and marketing. Previously, Norbert held positions such as Global Client Service Manager for Aerospace at MWH, Vice President at ARCADIS overseeing client-focused service programs, and Vice President at URS Corporation managing technical teams and consulting programs in environmental risk management. Norbert began their career as a Project Geologist at GZA GeoEnvironmental, specializing in environmental site assessment and remediation. Norbert holds an MS in Oceanography/Geophysics from the University of Rhode Island, an MBA from the University of Redlands, and a BS in Geology from the University of Rhode Island.
