Lara Slotsky has extensive experience in product development, particularly in footwear. Lara was the Head of Product Development at 1721 Distributors(PTY) LTD and FILA, where they also served as a Senior Footwear Designer. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Product Developer for Footwear at FOOTWEAR TRADING and as a Senior Footwear Designer at Jeep South Africa and Levi's® Footwear & Accessories. Lara began their career in retail sales at REPLAY.

Lara Slotsky began their education journey in 2009 when they enrolled at the University of Johannesburg. Lara pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General and successfully completed their studies in 2011. In 2012, they briefly attended the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, where they focused on Merchandising and Buying Operations.
