Julien Coustaury has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Julien started their career in 1997 as an Engineering Manager at Meteor, before moving on to become the Latam Director at Logica in 1998. In 1999, they joined Western Wireless International Holding Corporation as the Director of Engineering, and later became the CEO from 2001 to 2005. Following their time at Western Wireless, they served as the CEO of Voila Haiti from 2005 to 2007. Julien then became an Advisor to the President at Trilogy International Partners from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they took on the role of CEO - Solomon Islands at Bemobile Ltd. After that, they co-founded and served as the COO of DoubleRecall from 2011 to 2012. Julien then became the CEO of Plus Communication from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are the Founding Partner at Fil Rouge Capital, a position they have held since 2014.

Julien Coustaury obtained their MSc degree in Telecom from EFREI - Grande école du numérique, where they attended from 1992 to 1995.
