Elenoa Draunidalo currently serves as a Customer Care Agent at Fiji Airways, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Elenoa was a Guest Service Agent at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa from August to December 2023 and worked as a Research Fellow at The University of the South Pacific from February to June 2023. Elenoa also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at The University of the South Pacific from February 2021 to November 2022 and completed an internship in Hotel Management at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, Denarau Island from November 2017 to December 2018, where training covered multiple departments including Front Office and Food and Beverage. Elenoa holds a Master of Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality Management from The University of the South Pacific, completed in June 2023, in addition to a Postgraduate degree in Tourism and Hospitality from February to December 2021 and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel Management earned between 2016 and 2020.
