Nicholas Brayton currently serves as a Change & Learning Partner at Figure8 since August 2023, focusing on enhancing relationships within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Partner for Training & Development at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where responsibilities involved coordinating new employee orientations and conducting training needs analyses. Nicholas has also held various positions, including Training and Talent Specialist at Trustwave, Analyst at Grubhub, and Lead Trainer at Rockit Ranch Productions. A background in music education includes roles as a Music Educator for St. Philip Neri School and an Adjunct Artist at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Nicholas is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and has furthered education at Michigan State University, the University of Evansville, and Carroll University.
