Nicole Beaulieu is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Figure since May 2019, overseeing nearly 100 software engineers in the development of innovative lending solutions. With a background in engineering management and software development at notable companies such as Intuit, PLAYSTUDIOS, and IGT, Nicole has a proven track record in driving organizational change, enhancing workplace culture, and mentoring diverse engineering teams. Additionally, as a co-founder of one.two, Nicole is dedicated to educating and inspiring young girls in software development and computer science. Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Nevada, Reno, Nicole holds a Master's in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of San Diego.
