Larry Padgett has extensive experience across various roles in customer service, production supervision, entrepreneurship, law enforcement, and security. Currently serving as a Fulfillment Specialist at FIGURE LENDING LLC since October 2023 and as a Senior Customer Success Associate at Figure, responsibilities include customer advocacy, omni-channel communication, process improvement, and technical support. Previously, roles included Electrode Production Supervisor at Panasonic Energy of North America, where oversight of a 50-member team ensured product quality and production efficiency. Larry also operated as an Independent Entrepreneur with Traveling Vineyard, developed training programs at Nestle Purina Petcare Company, and served in law enforcement as a Police Officer with Hastings and Brookfield Police Departments.
