Monica Verdin has a diverse work experience, starting as a UI/UX Designer at FluidNRG from 2013 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Web Designer at PAIGE in 2018. Currently, Monica is employed at FIGS, where they have held multiple positions, including Senior Graphic Designer from 2018 to 2021, Lead Senior Graphic Designer from 2021 to 2022, and Senior Manager, Graphic Design from 2022 to 2023. Presently, they hold the position of Director of Graphic Design at FIGS.

Monica Verdin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts, with a focus on Graphic Arts, from UC Irvine. Monica attended the university from 2010 to 2014.
