Vincent van der Meulen is a Software Engineer at Figma since June 2023, following a role as a Design Engineer at Diagram, which was acquired by Figma. Prior experience includes positions as a Design Engineer at Uber, and as a Product Designer at Facebook, where Vincent worked in both AI and Commerce divisions. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Server-side Development Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington, Product Design Intern at Facebook, and UX Design Intern at Amazon. Vincent began the professional journey as a UX Student Designer at the University of Washington and had a brief contract as a Product Designer at Get There. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction and Data Science from the University of Washington, completing studies in 2019, and completed high school at Zernike College.
