Matt Johnson, CCP has a wealth of experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director, Head of Total Rewards at Figma, Matt previously held roles at Twitter and Enova International. Matt also has a background in compensation analysis and consulting at Intel Corporation. Matt is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics at Northwestern University, building on their Bachelor's degree in Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
