Michael Maldari has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Michael is currently the Director of Construction at fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) since November 2021. Prior to that, they were self-employed and worked for Matrix Mission Critical LLC starting from November 2019. Michael also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Canvas Investments LLC from January 2020 to January 2021, where they focused on real estate and development opportunities in the cannabis industry. Michael has also held leadership positions at Nova Mission Critical, where they served as President from January 2019 to November 2019 and as EVP, Product Delivery from October 2015 to November 2019. In addition, they worked at Syska Hennessy Group, where they started as a part-time project manager in 1995 and eventually became a Senior Associate and an Associate, before serving as an Associate Partner from June 2010 to October 2015. During their time at Syska Hennessy Group, they managed the Mission Critical Facilities Consulting and Commissioning group and was responsible for developing and standardizing the mission critical commissioning program.

Michael Maldari attended Binghamton University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics.
