Katerina Simmons is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Services and Senior Systems Consultant at Fifosys since February 2022. In this role, Katerina collaborates with presales and implementation teams to onboard new customers and implement solutions for existing clients, ensuring high service standards through all phases of support. Previously, Katerina worked as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at CAE Technology Services, providing advanced support and maintenance for a wide range of technologies, and held roles that included Technical Support Manager at MCSP, IT Desktop Support Technician at Imparta, and Helpdesk Administrator at Insight.
